Training

 

1.    Try to incorporate your training into your everyday routine, for example, in the morning before brushing your teeth. This way, you gain the              necessary routine and remember it.

​

2.    Make it a goal to train three times a week.

​

3.    Be sure to warm up to avoid injury. We propose the classic "jumping jacks".

​

4.    After the warm-up, start with 5-10 push-ups, depending on how easy or difficult it is for you.

​

5.    Take a short break of one to three minutes and repeat the push-ups. Three intervals are optimal.

​

6.    Leave it at one interval per training session if you have little time. It will take longer to reach your final destination. But do it! It is the better            way to hold out until the finish. After all, time is our greatest enemy. Especially in the morning before brushing your teeth.

​

7.    Increase your workload by five push-ups every two to three weeks.

​

8.    If you notice you are having difficulty keeping up the increase, maintain your achieved workload for a few weeks and give your muscles time          to grow.

9.    Mission completed: if you're ambitious enough, you'll make it after a few months or even years! The journey is the goal to
